Aderonke Alex-Adedipe is currently the managing Partner and co-founder of Pavestones. She is a corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in advicing local and multinational businesses including one of the largest Technology Companies in the world on the Nigerian regulatory environment.
Her areas of expertise include Finance, Technology and Foreign Investment Advisory. She has participated in and facilitated numerous trainings, seminars, and conferences on fintech regulation, artificial intelligence, startup advisory within and outside Nigeria.
Aderonke has co-authored the Nigerian chapter for several notable international publications on Acquisition Finance and Commercial Law, including Getting the Deal Through. She also contributed to the text on Banking, Theory, Regulation and Law Practice which was edited by Dr. Dapo Olanipekun.
Aderonke was recently recognised by IFLR 1000, a guide to the world’s leading financial law firms, as a Highly Regarded Lawyer in Banking and Finance in 2023 and 2024.
Aderonke was also recognised by the Esquire Nigerian Legal Awards as one of the 40 outstanding lawyers under the age of 40 who have distinguished themselves and are clearly setting new standards in the legal sector.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master of Laws degree from George Washington University.
She is a member of the Fintech Association of Nigeria.
Aderonke is also the current Chairman of the Agriculture Committee of the Section of Business Law, Nigeria Bar Association.
She is currently the Director on Legal matters of the Women-In-Tech Global Movement (Nigeria Chapter).
